TheFrugalClub.com is an online resource (“the Service”) that is governed by the following Terms and Conditions (“the T & C”).  By accessing or “surfing” the site or any of its sub-domains, folders, pages or pictures, you agree to abide by the T & C.  Should you disagree with the T & C or not happy with the Service for any reason, your only recourse is to immediately discontinue use of the Service.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

The Service may change the T & C whenever necessary and may do so without prior notice to you.  The T & C is effective immediately upon posting to the Service.

Submitted Content

You understand that all text, pictures, files and other media (“Content”) submitted to the Service are the sole responsibility of the person submitting them.  The Service does not prescreen submitted Content.  By submitting Content, you warrant that you have title to or otherwise have permission from the author or creator to post such Content to the Service.  If the Service, at its sole discretion, feels that posted Content is not acceptable for posting, the Content shall be removed.

Use of the Service

By using the Service, you attest to the fact that you are either 18 years of age or older or between the ages of 13 and 17 and have secured your parent or guardians permission to use the Service.  You agree to register for only one account.  If you require additional accounts you shall seek express written permission from the Service prior to doing so.

Harassment

Conduct

By using the Service, you agree not to submit Content by any means:

-that misleads or deceives by impersonation or falsification

You also agree not make bogus inquiries of our users and agree not to abuse the internal communication system of the Service.

Termination

The Service may terminate or cancel your access, user ID or password at any time and at its sole discretion.  The Service may also cease operations at any time and at its sole discretion.

General Information

The T & C is an agreement between you and the Service.  You agree to hold harmless the Service from any claim or demand by anyone due to your Content posted to the Service.  This agreement is governed by applicable laws in the State of Texas, County of Harris, United States of America.

VIOLATION OF ANY ASPECT OF THIS T & C IS GROUNDS FOR ACCOUNT TERMINATION.
